Roles & Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end documentation and coordination of corporate credit facilities
– Tracking loan applications from initial login through to final disbursement.
– Collate and verify “Master Document Sets,” including three years of audited financials, tax audits, and constitutional KYC documents (MoA, AoA, etc.) for corporate entities.
– Act as the primary liaison between bank back-office teams, credit managers, and empanelled vendors (Valuers and Legal Auditors) to resolve underwriting queries.
– Review sanction letters, ensure all “Conditions Precedent” are met, and maintain real-time pipeline trackers.

Assistant - Employer - Employee Insurance

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will handle end-to-end data management using advanced Excel, coordinate with insurers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and maintain strict timelines for renewals and e-card issuance.

– Gather data for Group Term Life (GTL) and Group Health Insurance (GHI) quotes, creating benefit comparison grids for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will manage the full lifecycle of these policies by handling complex data sets for employee endorsements, processing new applications for endowment and income plans, and acting as a primary liaison between clients, insurers, and Third Party Administrators (TPAs).

– Maintain accurate “Member Data” for corporate employee census and process monthly endorsements for new joiners or exits.
– Manage end-to-end documentation for various insurance plans, including mandatory KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN) to ensure 100% IRDAI compliance.

– Manage digital and physical KYC/e-KYC processes for new investors, Demat/Trading accounts, and insurance applications to ensure 100% “Verified” status.
– Execute lumpsum purchases, redemptions, SIP mandates, and subscription processes for structured products and specialized investment funds.
– Maintain employee census data, process monthly endorsements (additions/deletions), and act as a liaison with TPAs for claims coordination.
– Resolve technical queries regarding trading portals, track upcoming insurance renewals 60 days in advance, and assist with payout facilitation for income plans.
